Refund Information

Following the decision to cancel West Sussex International Jamboree 2022, we can now share more information about the refund process

All payments made to the WSIJ team will be refunded.

Refunds will be managed through the WSIJ2022 online booking system. If you can’t remember your username or password, or have any other problems accessing your registration, please email [email protected].

How to request a refund

To request a refund, you will need the account name, number, and sort code available. Refunds will be made by bank transfer only and the details you give must match the account the original payment was made from. As WSIJ will make a direct transfer to this account, you must ensure the details you give are correct – we will not be able to recover or repay funds in cases where you have given us the incorrect account details.

We will do our best to process refunds as quickly as we can, but please be patient as there will be a considerable number of requests for the team to work through. Confirmation of your refund will be sent by email, so keep an eye on your junk/spam folders. You can also check the balance of your booking on the online system to see if a refund has been issued.

In order to help make the refund process as efficient as possible, please only submit one refund request for each registration. If you need to change anything about your refund request you should contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

To request your refund, log into the WSIJ2022 online booking system. Once you are logged in, you will see the following screen:

Click on the ‘Request Refund’ button to access the next screen, where you will be asked for the details of the account the refund needs to be made to:

Make sure you double check the details you enter and, once you are happy your details are complete, click on the ‘Request Refund’ button. You should then receive an email confirming your refund request has been received. If you do not receive this confirmation, check your junk/spam folder. If you have still not received a confirmation email after a few hours, please email [email protected] for support.

A note for parents and families of participants

Refunds will be made to the account your group’s payment originally came from, with leaders then arranging to refund participants locally. If you are a parent or carer who paid via your group leader, please allow a little extra time for the refund to get to your group from WSIJ, and then for your leader to arrange refunds to you.
